Audacity of braised Cottage Pie Recipe

Meatloaf is one of the nice welcome comfort food at any time of year. The cake should not be confused with the same recipe for shepherd's pie, but instead of beef used lamb. To call other changes, instead of minced (ground) common or beef stew, then try beef cheek.

Beef cheeks are one of those pieces of meat that have been ignored for so long. Thank God, his wonderful gelatinous meat is finally realized once again. The type of work is ideal for long, slow cooking, producing a rich, flavorful and tender meat. Beoing ignored meat does not mean that the beef cheek was cheap to buy. Unfortunately, as it gains in popularity, it is becoming increasingly expensive.

Prepare the beef cheek pot bottom (which can of course eat (not very different from this recipe) as it is and use the leftovers for the cake ....) and then simmer the meat pie to break your pastor. Top butter, mashed potatoes fluffy and viola! a super tasty alternative to the normal version.

I know it sounds like a lot of work, believe me; is not how to cook slowly assembled Royalty-pot, it is not necessary to start.

To serve: Carrots and peas are beautiful, but one of my favorites is Brussels sprouts.
