Guide Review - Book Review

Andrew Pern is one of the main leaders of the UK. He has a Michelin star for 9 years at the Star Inn, Harome near Helmsley in North Yorkshire, he has held with his wife Jacquie.

Not all chefs can write, but you can! The book reads like a conversation huddled by the fire; full of warmth, humor and humility and inspiration recipe.

Andrew starts at the beginning, his journey from life on the farm near Scarborough and Whitby to the chief school career followed, before he and his wife Jacquie bought the ruined inn is today one of the most famous along in the United States.

Recipes - it is a walk through the stations in Yorkshire and its products, the ability of suppliers to meet the star, until it finally reaches the hardest part of the book is clear.

Many leaders like Andrew too often make the mistake of talking to readers with recipes too difficult to make at home. In this book, the recipes are easy to apply and easy to find or replace some ingredients and techniques "Cheffy" Shut down the house cooking.

Andrew philosophy on food is simple; he believes that the Poet and Peasant food in one, as the book title suggests. Use seasonal, local produce and cuisine has its roots in classical, but with a fresh and modern touch.

The kitchen is the book set to come a classic in its own right and enjoy for a long time.
