Bonfire Night Guy Fawkes Night Recipes

So goes the popular rhyme Bonfire Night.

What is Guy Fawkes Night, also known Bonfire Night?

November 5th is an annual festival in the whole of England, Scotland, Wales and Ulster, the failed conspiracy by Guy Fawkes to blow up the Houses of Parliament in the year 1605 to commemorate powder.

The plot is celebrated all centers around not warm by burning effigies of Guy Fawkes on top of the bonfire, fireworks light and hearty meals.

Night lights of the fire often now brought community, but when I was a kid, all streets held their own fire and fireworks. Our street proportion Cooking food served around the fire. We spent months collecting wood and old furniture for firewood and always too soon it was over, the next morning we would always see if the fire was out - hope it was not - it has always been.

Bonfire Night Food and Recipes

Food is an integral part of celebrations and a cold night is warm, calm and easy to eat standing around a campfire. The food is delicious and healthy and is cheap classic winter style based on food. There is an abundant use of molasses and molasses in hot caramel and Parkin cake.

Bangers and Mash are popular as all kinds of sausages. There is a pastor or other solid favorites Cottage Pie; easy to eat, filling and warming.Think hot soup served baked in a cup or a jacket / baked potato in foil and in the embers of the fire.
