St. David's Day Dinner
We had planned a special dinner on the day of St. David's in Christchurch New Zealand. The event was originally canceled the earthquake of 22 February had my house uninhabitable and many ingredients were not available friends came to the rescue and this soup was the culmination of a delicious meal with a rich, tasty and satisfying. We serve it with crusty bread
